I’m Filippo Ottaviani, a 23-year-old digital designer with a degree in Web and Business Communication from Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia (BS). After graduating, I worked for 9 months as a Web Designer in a digital agency, where I gained hands-on experience in real projects, collaborating with developers, marketers, and clients.

For me, design is not just about aesthetics — it’s a language. A way to simplify complexity, guide users, and create meaningful digital experiences. Every interface is an opportunity to improve how people interact with technology, and every detail is a chance to communicate something clear, functional, and intentional.

My approach combines strategic thinking, visual sensitivity, and a strong focus on user needs. During my experience in a real working environment, I learned how important it is to balance creativity with business goals, building solutions that are not only visually consistent but also effective and scalable.

I usually start from research and understanding the context, translating ideas into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. From there, I develop visual systems that are coherent and adaptable, always aiming to create digital products that feel intuitive, structured, and human-centered.

Minimalism, accessibility, and clarity are the foundations of my design philosophy. I believe in design that reduces noise rather than adding it — that supports the user without distracting them, and that transforms complexity into simple, meaningful experiences.
